There has been non-public access (creating or updating files) for Object Storage (Pro Apps) in US issues for several hours on Monday night and morning UTC. HTTP requests still went through, but Apps and users have not been able to upload new files in the total time frame of around 9 h.
The root cause is not identified yet. We have updated our internal procedures to better deal with such issues in the future.
