We have resolved an issue with outgoing network connectivity from Apps and internal services.
Deployments and App config changes should now work correctly again.
Some clients are reporting issues with web delivery and provisioning Dashboard changes as well (US only, Pro and Uni Apps). We are still investigating.
Apps are still running and web traffic is served, but any deployments or config changes are stalled in the US region.
We are investigating and will post updates when we have more info.
