The issue was caused by what looks like a memory leak, or just high memory usage during peak hours. We have bumped up the available resources to the service.
The logs are coming back online, but it may take a while before it works for all apps.

The service for streaming logs from us (ssh app@log.eu2.frbit.com) is currently not performing optimally. Some connections are getting dropped. We are looking for a solution.
