We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The incident was caused by a MySQL Node that became unresponsive. The issue was not correctly identified by our monitoring and also not by the fail-over mechanism (provided by AWS). We will continue our internal investigation.
Around 20 Apps with database requests where down for around 1 hour, ~17:40 - 18:40 UTC.
We think to have fixed the immediate issue. We are now monitoring the situation.
We are looking into issues with delivery for some Pro Apps in US. Maybe related to issues with one MySQL Node
