We think we have now resolved the incident. We have not identified the root cause as of now, but do not see the signs that the problem will come back soon. Thanks for your patience.
We applied a mitigation to the issue and are now monitoring the situation. The root cause was not found yet.
We are seeing degraded performance with our deployment service in US. Git is not working. SSH seems to work.
