We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
This is a recurring issue related to the big maintenance we have been doing in EU. It affects some Pro Apps hosted in EU. While it is relatively easy to mitigate the issue, we haven't been able to track down the root of this. It is related to what we call routing Nodes and the automatic redistribution of those. We continue to work on this.
Most or all client Apps should be back now. We are still investigating and monitoring.
You may see a connection reset error
or PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR
or just an issue with the TLS certificate when trying to visit your App in the browser. This may happen with all calls to your App or just sometimes. We are looking into it.
