EU - Platform update to resolve mysqldump issue properly

We have ongoing issues with mysql client and mysqldump on the platform. This mainly affects Craft CMS sites, causing both craft copy db sync and the database backup to fail. In this update we will install a known good version of mysql client to solve this issue.

This platform update will affect all Apps (Uni and Pro). The expected downtime for App web delivery, SSH/SFTP and deployment is a few minutes, but could in some cases be up to one hour. We will run the updates sequentially, App after App. Pro Apps on production plans are planned to have near-to-zero downtime.
