Longer downtime for a small number of Apps

There has been a downtime, resulting in connectivity issues to websites (no response or 504 errors) and to deployment for a few number of Apps in the US. Unfortunately our monitoring didn't picked it correctly, so it took us longer to realize and fix it. We will continue to improve our monitoring.
