We've now resolved the issue for most Apps. Thanks for your patience. There are still some Apps that are not in the correct state yet. If you see something is wrong with your App, please contact us.
We have done some mitigations to bring Apps online. Most affected Apps are back now. We see issues with some Apps still, probably re-deploy issues. We are looking into that. If your App is not in the correct state, please contact our support.
The issues with AWS are still ongoing. We are looking into ways to work around it.
The deployment issue is recovering.
AWS confirmed loss of power within a single data center within a single Availability Zone.
This means: Pro Apps on a production level plan should not suffer from the power outage, but Universal Apps do.
We are looking into connectivity issues with deployment. Can affect Git as well as SFTP and SSH access.
