We have done some mitigations to bring Apps online. Most affected Apps are back now. We see issues with some Apps still, probably re-deploy issues. We are looking into that. If your App is not in the correct state, please contact our support.

  • US deployment was interrupted for about 30 minutes, it's fully recovered.
  • Still 12% of the instances that host Universal Apps in US are affected by the AWS power outage

The deployment issue is recovering.

AWS confirmed loss of power within a single data center within a single Availability Zone.

This means: Pro Apps on a production level plan should not suffer from the power outage, but Universal Apps do.
